By purchasing an item on this website and/or by completing the registration process to become a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Pricing
All pricing is in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and includes GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Ordering
There are 4 easy options
- Secure on-line payment through Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa and Mastercard. Please note, you do NOT have to be a Paypal member. Just click on "DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT" once you are onto the Paypal website.
- Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit
- Phone - give us a call on (02) 9810 6567 during opening hours and we can process your order over the phone.
- Fax/Email/Post - simply email or fax or post your order with your contact details and we will contact you to confirm the order and obtain your details and payment.

Opening hours
You can shop on the website 24/7, don't you just love that!! However, I still need to eat and sleep and therefore we will be around and "open" Tuesday to Friday 10am-5pm. So, if you have any questions, call in these hours and we can try and help (02) 9810 6567 or simply email shop@pruetrollope.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
The Stock
I will try and keep the website updated as much as possible but on occasions some items will be out of stock or sold out. Especially the 'One only' items or 'Bespoke' items or in the case of media editorial. Should this happen, we will contact you immediately with alternatives ie full refund, back order etc.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you would like a refund or an exchange you can return the item, at your expense, within a two-week period. The item must be unused or unworn and in original condition.
In the case of a return or a refund, please phone (02) 9810 6567 or email shop@pruetrollope.com.au so we can assist you.
In the case of an exchange, you will be required to return the item, at your cost and we will make the swap. Postage costs on the exchanged item will be a $5 flat rate.
In the case of a return, you will be required to return the item, at your cost and a full refund will be given excluding the original postage costs.
Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, and all sales are final.
Faulty Goods
In the rare case that you receive faulty goods, please email or call as soon as possible. We hope to help you resolve the problem with you and work out the best solution.
The Promise
I promise to try and answer emails and phone calls promptly. I promise to try to send out all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that I have said I will "try". Sometimes in the shop we have crazy busy days and emails are left for 24 hours. So, please be patient as I will get back to you. Thank you.
SHIPPING
Shipping Australia wide is a flat rate of $10 including GST for each address. There may be a few exceptions along the way, but basically this will be the standard rate. We will use Australia Post to send out all parcels.
Once payment is made, cleared, accepted etc your order will be sent out within 5 working days.
International orders: please email shop@pruetrollope.com.au and we will calculate the postage for you. There will be no handling fees, just the postage costs, so costs will be kept as low as possible.
